JusticeUphold is a platform founded by legal professionals who were forced to leave Türkiye due to its repressive regime and are now residing in Switzerland. As a group committed to the universal values of justice, our primary aim is to raise awareness of the legal and human rights violations occurring in Türkiye and to stand against them. However, our mission also encompasses fighting against human rights abuses worldwide. As advocates of justice, human rights, and freedom, we are dedicated to using our platform to amplify the voices of individuals affected by rights violations and to present these issues to the public along with proposed solutions.

Our Story
Our story began with our escape from an environment in which justice and the rule of law were weakened due to similar oppression, persecution, and threats. Meeting in Switzerland, we—a group of legal professionals forced to flee the repression in Türkiye—came together to use our expertise and stand against injustices wherever and under whatever circumstances they may occur. Our platform was founded to uphold justice and to be a voice for the law.
